     Consider că satisfacţia beneficiarilor proiectelor, dar şi în acelasi impactul avut in comunitate este cel mai important lucru pe care un ambasador îl poate avea. Am să reuşesc să motivez tinerii din comunitate, să îi fac să conştientizeze că votul lor conteaza cu adevărat. Doresc să pun un accent deosebit pe importanţa muncii în echipă şi pe proiectele desfăşurate la nivel regional. În urma muncii vreau să obţin rezultate deosebite, care să satisfacă aşteptările. Capacitatea de a găsi soluţii şi de a mă adapta diverselor situaţii, precum şi importanţa acordată oferirii comunităţii de noi proiecte şi informaţii utile, reprezintă atuuri suplimentare ale pregătirii mele profesionale.

I believe that the personal growth of the beneficiaries of the project and the impact that the campaign will have at a community level are the most awarding aspects for the work of a Young Ambassador for Participation. I hope to motivate young people from my community and make them realize that their vote is truly relevant. I want to emphasize team work all through the project and the events that I will organize at a local and regional level. I want to obtain noticeable results, that will satisfy my expectations regarding the campaign. I believe that my ability to find solutions and adapt to different situations and also my involvement in providing new projects to my community are some of the aspects that qualify my professional development.
